Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location but usually ranges between 7–15 business days. In some rare cases, like during peak seasons or due to international logistics, delivery may take up to 25-30 days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships!

5. What’s your return or exchange policy?

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

6. How do I choose the right size?

7. Are your items unisex?

Most of our pieces are designed to be inclusive and gender-fluid. Style has no rules here.

8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so please reach out within 6 hours if you need to make changes. After that, production may already be underway — and once your item has been made or printed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify the order. Thank you for understanding!

9. What’s your refund policy?

We offer refunds only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If you receive a product with any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll review it immediately. Since our products are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept refunds for reasons such as wrong size selection or change of mind.
